With a mid-career MBA from Royal Roads University, Michael came to the organization from Red Deer College where he held the position of Academic Dean, Trades & Manufacturing Technologies for 11-years.

Mr. Dick Dornstauder joined Quinn Contracting as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) in September 2011. Dick leads the organization's Finance department and is responsible for all payroll, accounting, accounts payable & receivables, and financial reporting. With 29-years of finance experience, coupled with a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Saskatchewan, Dick brings bench strength to the Quinn team in all areas of financial management, including budgeting, accounting, financial reporting and contract negotiations. Dick's prior posts have included senior finance positions at Apex Oilfield Services and the Red Deer Catholic Regional School Division.

Mr. George Van Dorp has been with Quinn Contracting since 1988, and brings 25-years of industrial site maintenance experience in a wide-range of industrial work sites: oil and gas, including SAGD; petrochemical; and pulp & paper. Prior to his current role in the Lakeland District, George held the role of Director, Southern Operations. Previous senior positions at Quinn over the years have included, Parkland District General Manager and Vice President, People Services and 17-years on-site experience at Nova Chemicals Joffre. Mr. Stan Good has been with Quinn Contracting since 2008, where he joined the organization as Parkland General Manager. Before taking on the dual leadership role of Southern Operations/People Services, he held the role of Director, People Services. In addition to directing operations in both the Foothills and Parkland Districts, Stan is responsible for human resources and health, safety & environment. Stan brings 25-years' of organizational culture, organizational design and team development experience to the leadership team, in addition to holding numerous leadership positions in operations, maintenance and human resources, with Nova Chemicals and CCS Energy Services. Mr. Phil Beauchemin has been with Quinn Contracting since 1997 and brings 33-years of industrial maintenance, piping and vessel fabrication as well as industrial and commercial project management experience.
